Transforming Pharmacy with the Providen Solution

The company reimagined the pharmaceutical solution for the Canadian market. They created an automated system that works with the extremely complex Canadian medical market with software and warehouse solution that works with the Governmental insurance, constant changing marketplace formularies and adjudication system and automate it all, when no other company has managed to figure out the solution.

Their solution is able to encourage chronic patient medical adherence by 20% and free up 40% of pharmacist hours and 60% technician hours to perform other profit increasing tasks such as administering shots.

The Planetary system

It is my job to represent the company’s technology and process from the bits and pieces of information I get from Dave Mulins and lay them out in a cohesive and succinct order so anyone could understand their process.

Since their process revolves around chronic patient medicine refill, a continuous cycle, I reimagined their whole process into a cycle, with each point of the cycle, there are smaller notable points, the moons, that revolves around the main steps (planets).

The rest of the steps are animated as if each planet are zoomed in as a focal point while each notable point (the moons) revolve pass the main point.

A white print version is created for handout after the live animated presentation is shown.
